Remove existing flashing and termination bar

Dismantle the parapet wall down to the roof line

Rebuild the parapet wall to the original height with new face brick to match the existing

Install new lashing system with proper termination bar and incorporate into the existing roof system

1) Remove and reinstall TC copping

2) Dismantle and rebuild both sections of face brick and terracotta

3) Remove and reconstruct entire wall section 100%, Reset all terracotta coping

4)Remove existing stucco and replace with brick masonry

5) Remove and reconnect Jack Arch

6) Rebuild small section of face brick

7) Remove and reconstruct Jack Arch- Rebuilt small section of face brick

8) Grind and point 100% of face brick and limestone elevation

9) Pressure wash all face and limestone
